Custom Products
CANCELLATIONS:
You have 48 hours after your purchase to cancel your order AND GET A FULL REFUND.
After the 48-hour window, cancellations within the next 30 natural days will get a partial refund (50% of your money or half the price of the original purchase). Delivered products will not be refunded. To cancel your order, email us at [email protected] with the subject line; Cancellation. If you’re eligible for a refund, we’ll refund your money as soon as possible.
If you complete your purchase but don't fill out the form to specify your custom preferences, you will lose your claim to any and all refunds after 30 natural days since your purchase. You will be contacted via email prior to the deadline to remind you to fill out the form or to cancel your order. If we don't hear from you during that time, you will still be able to claim your custom product at a later date, or exchange it for another product of equal price from our Shop, but no refunds will be available.
- If the exchange product's price is lower than your original purchase, you will lose the difference.*
- If the exchange product's price is higher than your original purchase, you will pay the difference.
*This exchange shall not be confused with the one specified in the Returns section down below.
MODIFICATIONS:
This applies to preferential changes only (triggers, style, language, etc.).
To modify your custom order, email us any pertinent changes you want to make to your custom order as soon as possible. We will try to accomodate you as long as your product hasn't been delivered yet. We only accept one free modification per custom product/order.
Changes to the type of custom you've ordered (video/audio/other) or it's duration (5mins,10mins,30mins, etc.), are not available.

As per our Terms of Service, we reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. If you place an order that breaches or violates of any of the Terms, it will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
Downloadable Products
Due to the digital nature of the products, neither refunds nor cancellations will be available. All purchases are final.

Exchanges
Due to the digital nature of the products and services, no exchanges will be available outside the extraordinary circumstances stipulated in the Custom Products section above and the Returns section below.
Repairs
Contact us at [email protected] for any problems or errors that may ocurr during the downloading process, such as:
- The download link is not working or is broken.
- The download link was the wrong one, and you got the wrong product as a result.
We'll do our best to fix these problems as soon as possible.
Replacements
Once you make a purchase, you can re-download your file an unlimited number of times.
- If you get the wrong downloadable product by a mistake made on our part, you will be sent the right product at no additional cost to you.
- If you purchased the wrong downloadable product by a mistake made on your part, no refunds, returns, exchanges or replacements will be available.
Returns
If you purchased more than 1 quantity of your desired product by mistake, you can:
Downloadable Products:
- Get another downloadable product from our shop as long as it's priced the same as the one you bought by mistake. If you choose a different product of higher value, you will have to pay the difference. For products of lower prices, you will be refunded the difference.**
**This return of an extra item for another of lower price shall not be confused with the exchange mentioned in the Custom Products section above.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS:
- Get two custom products made for you (or as many as you bought by accident).
- Get a full refund for the extra quantities if you cancel them within 48-hrs from your purchase.
- Get a partial refund if you cancel them past the first 48-hrs and within the next 30 natural days after your purchase.
- Exchange the extra quantities for downloadable products from our shop as long as they are priced the same as the one(s) you bought by mistake. If you choose downloadable products of higher value than the extra custom(s) you bought, you will have to pay the difference. For products of lower prices than your extra quantities, you will be refunded the difference.**
